It accused the CM of having a sinister design and clandestine motive to meddle into the affairs of tribal.

It also accused Ibobi of discreetly assigning non-tribal civil service officials to hold key posts in the Department.

The Department set-up which is exclusively for the welfare of the State tribals, must be immediately handed over to the most competent tribal MLA/Minister and the key post should be assigned to tribal civil service officials, it demanded.
