GPRN/NSCN expresses shock over the killing of five NSCN (IM) cadres and one civilian driver

IMPHAL, Oct 9 : Expressing shock over the killing of five NSCN (IM) cadres and one civilian driver in the ambush by ZUF cadres at Tamenglong district, the GPRN/NSCN has urged the two outfits to exercise maturity and restraint in the greater interest of the Nagas.

In a statement, GPRN/NSCN said that it is also time for the people of Tamenglong to be proactive and encourage warring groups to avoid escalation of violence.

The outfit also urged all Nagas to stop further killings among Naga brothers whether it is in Assam, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh or Nagaland.
