The shirts were brought recently from a manufacturing unit in Haryana by the authorities of DV School, Senapati district headquarters.
Along with the T-Shirts inscribed with the school’s name and logo, the accountant of the school was moving in a passenger bus from Imphal towards Senapati on NH 2 when the SHDDC supporters waylaid the vehicle, pulled out the uniform and set them on fire on the road in the afternoon around 2.30, said a school staff.

Such an act defeat the idea of education and can wrongly impress the young students, he said.
